The card is definitely nice but can have some huge drawbacks, especially versus Delver decks.
During testing, we found out that the perfect number is two.
Yes the deck needs it because jumping from 1 CMC to 3, 2 to 4, or 4 to 6 is broken.
Obviously, you want to EE Rector getting Recurring + Yosei, anyday and everyday. But usually you will end up EE a wall/ a veteran or a finks/witness just to push your deck from the early stage into the mid/end game stage directly.
But one might also be unaware that you can get X or less. This is mainly why the card is still in the pack right now.
You can EE Yosei to get a Rhino/Thragtusk or a Witness. This is huge in terms of flexibility.
The last idea we had is to include a Terastodon along Yosei. EE Yosei into Terastodon for a mere 18 PV strike (Time walk for your opponent and you go BOOM) is as good as it gets but it pushes the deck very hard. Unfortunately, this combo is cute and not very reliable. So the idea was abandoned.
Basically, the deck is a control Abzan Fit. You don't get to kill with Yosei + recurring very often because against most decks the rest is already enough. Although this combo means you should have inevitability against most of the other control/Midrange decks outta there.

Ooh... i totally forgot that Terminate and Dreadbore are cards too. Then the question remains, do i want spot removal or a sweeper? So basicly Damnation vs Terminate.
Re: [Primer/Deck] Nic Fit
The problem with most of the Jund removal is that it doesn't do anything to Marit Lage. It's not like we have many other answers to it.
I'd be tempted to run To The Slaughter to be honest.
Kills Marit Lage.
Kills JTMS / Nahiri / Liliana
2-for-1s with Delirium
Kills Mother of Runes
Not great against Young Pyromancer and Mentor, but you have Punishing Fire so you already win there.

I stopped trying to kill Marit Lage, rather i try to stop the combo from happening (extraction/scooze). PFire ain't the build to fight Lands. For all other cards mentioned we got enough tools already. For now i am focussing on improving the Eldrazi MU, while not warping the deck.
Instant speed Edict effects are helpfull vs Lage and Griselbrews, but that does not ensure Endbringer to be killed.
Re: [Primer/Deck] Nic Fit
I have been playing Jund on MTGO at the moment, and I have found to play against Eldrazi we need the blood moon or magus to stop the deck dead in its track. I also use Big game hunter to kill creatures power 4 and up. Surgical is great to remove the cards that are dangerous which I have found to be thought-knot, and endbringer.
I also use planes walkers such as Vraska to kill eldrazi. Slaughter games is another card we can use to stop them. We can always double down and put Ensnaring bridge in our deck... a lot of the creatures will end up being large anyway. Moat if you can afford it or use magus of the moat which could be helpful in an Abzan shell which usies flyers because eldrazi cannot respond to moat so well atleast to my knowledge. I hope this helped in someway
On a side note: I too have been looking at that decklist along with another one.
http://mtgtop8.com/event?e=12825&d=274449&f=LE and here is the second one I have been looking at http://mtgtop8.com/event?e=13219&d=277499&f=LE
Let me know your thoughts guys thanks.

A Decay works very well on Endbringer too

Not sure if this is a joke or you just misread Endbringer.
Re: [Primer/Deck] Nic Fit
He probably means Endless One.
This mix-up entertains me to no end & *insert other puns here*. The possibilities are endless.
Re: [Primer/Deck] Nic Fit
Hum! Yes!
Thanks Echelon, at least you follow my twisted mind ^^'
I always swift their names...

10/10
Re: [Primer/Deck] Nic Fit
Oh the endless stream of jokes...
I decided to stick with Terminate for now. At least that gives me the option te snatch a Smasher before attack or respond to TKS trigger before it exiles the Terminate.

When you are playing:
- Decay
- Punishing Fire
- P.Deed
I truly think that overloading on spot removal is not your best option.
Ramping or tanking at least advance your general game plan: make land drops, deed the world and win from there.
You should really consider trying this option before falling back on spot removal.

What does Terminate kill (that's relevant) that Dismember does not? Point of relevancy: if you respond to Mimic's trigger when Smasher enters (or any other eldrazi, for that matter), it effectively stifles the Mimic trigger in addition to removing the new threat. This is because Dismember giving -5/-5 actually changes the power/toughness of the eldrazi which is triggering Mimic -- a Smasher, say, becomes a 0/0, which means that if the player chooses to resolve the Mimic trigger, the Mimic also becomes a 0/0.

Actually, You are right. I'm not.

Sweet, never thought of that. That is pretty helpful information.

If you are worried for Marit Lage token (or any big flyier specially iona, in case they choose black) in jund lists, try Clip wings, they cannot respond with fetch+arbor.
Re: [Primer/Deck] Nic Fit
On the subject of Endless One, I've actually been using it myself in Junk. Ranger of Eos loves to tutor it up. I've been going back and forth on Eldrazi vs Hangarback Walker, I still haven't decided which I like more, but both are functional and fun.
I find that it's usually trivial to get Endless One up to a 6/6 which puts it in competition with Eldrazi but it also plays well with recurring cards like Eternal Witness and Volrath's, since you can fire it off early, trade, and get a bigger one later.
Back to the Jund subject though, I think you have to use Terminate or Dreadbore. Damnation just comes down too slowly against the decks where you really want to be killing things and Deed is already a sweeper.
