Eh, I'd rather have a goblin.
Well a while back a deck top 8ed an SCG with Goblin Tunneler if you wanted to try something out of the box for unblockable effects. There is another card that I always thought was borderline playable in Fire Whip that can do a repeatable Hearth Charm and has some flexibility with being able to kill DRS and SFM. I thought it was just barely good enough to try it out, but have never got around to testing it.
I have tested Hearth Charm. As a one or two of you never seem to find it when it is relevant, and in most cases you would be better off with a lightning bolt to just kill the blocker you are trying to sneak past.
It is really nice in the side board vs. MUD / affinity, but I don't see much application beyond that.
One of my goals this summer was to do some legacy recording/streaming and I finally got a chance. I jumped on last night and did a quick recording thinking it would be easy to post. Well I was wrong. I had to get another entirely new recording software to re-record my original so I could convert it into a file that is compatible with Youtube. I really liked the video, but the end result was a little grainy and the audio was lagging behind gameplay. I thought the gameplay was interesting, and it was against BUG so felt really relevant. Anyways, hopefully future videos will look much better as I am only using just one recording software.

That was a really greedy keep on his part, the 1 lander. The "consensus" is that goblins plays Wasteland and Rishadan Port. It's possible he didn't know the deck very well. Oh well, you stomped him.
Does anyone have an updated Restoration Angel list? I would love to give the angels a try, but don't know if they fit best into a "normal" or a Winstigator list?
Thanks!
Hans
I had the chance to record a few others matches, a really close one against Mono Red Burn, and two less interesting ones against Sneak and Show and Tezzeret Thopter Combo. Unfortunately the audio has failed on all the videos, which is extremely frustrating since I already have no idea what I am doing to begin with. So, that might be the only video I ever get to post... :frown:
@Hanzolot
This is how my current Resto build is now:
4 Wasteland
3 Rishadan Port
3 Cavern of Souls
3 Plateau
6 Fetchlands
4 Mountain
4 Aether Vial
4 Goblin Lackey
4 Goblin Matron
4 Goblin Ringleader
4 Goblin Warchief
4 Tarfire
2 Gempalm Incinerator
1 Stingscourger
2 Goblin Piledriver
3 Mogg Warmarchall
1 Tuktuk Scrapper
1 Goblin Sharpshooter
1 Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
2 Restoration Angel
SB
2 Thalia, Defenfer of Grabar
2 Ethersworn Cannonist
1 Spirit of the Labirynth
2 Mindbreak Trap
2 Chalice of the Void
3 Wear/Tear
1 Boartusk Liege
2 Rest in Peace / Cage
Really wanted a SGC or a Krenko in there, but the curve is already too high, even with 23 lands...
And fuck combo! =D
Drop the KiKi or the sharpshooter the Krenko then. Unless your aim is to resto the kiki for an extra activation. I think you'd be better off with krenko for longer games. Blinking the Krenko will help preserve him to make sure he completely sticks too. He's a game winner more so than kiki, and he's at a lower CMC.
I'm not entirely sold on Resto in general. She would have to be a natural draw unless she's in our starting hand, because lord knows we can't ringleader or matron her. I want to believe but.... I think she's probably better in a Stompy list where you're blinking something like Akroma Angel of Fury.
I have played with 1 ancient tomb and 1 mox there. Its actually fine. But just want to keep the port number up. But if you want, cut 1 or 2 for it.
Never played resto/gator as the concept of both decks is kind of conflicting. I might easily be wrong but dont think itd be better than a traditional build.
And oh yeah. Settler could be awesome there. Just dont have any and dont have plans to actually buying one (though am tempted as hell)
