Listing cards that can maybe make the matchup into 30/70 for Miracles isn't the same as a matchup being 50/50.

I haven't lost to an Angel in months. The only reason to run Angel's these days as I understand is for Shardless or when you bring in Moat. Even then it's normally a sideboard card.

Removing a sideboard card doesn't feel like an answer to any meaningful question.

Your posts all sound legacy is a format which s too competetive to you. (Hopefully I remember correctly that you are also the guy who pissed because most decks stomp over your goblin-aggro deck and recruiter is still banned.)

I don't know what your defenition of "fun" is but legacy doen't seem to be fitting for you. I recommend trying EDH where everybody can do what they think is fun with most of legecay's card pool.

Search for user name Sarcasm using the advanced search tells me "Invalid user specified". Also not seeing anything in the first three pages of the Tournament Reports forum that looks like something about Storm by anyone with a username close to Sarcasm.

Actually banning brainstorm and remove mentor and banning ritual could be a solution to let the format shift.

If we're in the business of long form explanation; my post was just saying that people think DRits into Mind Twist is bad; but DRits into AN is fine; which is dumb.

They also think the same thing about Elves.

The problem of course being that if Storm's whole plan is "lol I'll stall the game by Twisting you for 3!" or "I'll Twist them before using Tendrils" when they could have just won instead, or used therapy post AN; is not functional. Similarly, Elves could generate 4 mana and "lol 3-for-1'd ya!!" but they could've instead just NO'd you for the win; meaning that all they did was make the deck worse. It could replace Glimpse I guess.. but probably not. They may even say "lol but what about Tezz or MUD!?"

To which I say "why would you add Discard spells to a deck that is made to lock you out of the game?"

IMO Contract from Below does not belong on the banned list.
With the current oracle wording, Contract from Below must be removed before you play if you do not play for ante, so it is not possible to cast Contract from Below in a sanctioned environment. The function Contract from Below would have would be to run a virtual 56 card deck similar to Street Wraith and (to some degree) Gitaxian Probe.

Contract from Below
"Remove Contract from Below from your deck before playing if you're not playing for ante.
Discard your hand, ante the top card of your library, then draw seven cards."
