There's no reason not to. It doesn't hurt you to run it, and it can be benefiticial.

I think you have no idea of this decktype and should better go for white weenie.
Your SB is pretty weak (3x Pyroblast WTF?).
Cook's a lucker deluxe. BTW: You should invest some dollar to be able to play a full playset of Orim's Chant instead of your budged solution.
