I thought about changing the RG sword to 'may destroy an artifact and/or enchantment' but it seemed a little strong. Sword of Hull Breach does fit though. The BU one is just like the UW one, didn't try very hard on it. I originally had the BU sword trigger as 'return a nonland permanent that player controls to their hand, then choose a card from their hand to put on top of their library' but it seems too strong. You not only bounce a permanent, but see their hand and mess up their next draw.
Couldn't think of a better name for the color combination, honestly.
Agreed, I didn't try very hard on that one. Maybe change it to 'you may return an artifact and/or enchantment from your graveyard to your hand'?
Reedited for BU sword.Quote:

Screw Terminus 1G
Instant
Until end of turn, whenever a creature is put into your library from the battlefield, create a token that is a copy of that creature.
Lust for War, Bloodlust & Infectious Bloodlust all seem a lil lusty. Red is a passion color, lust is a very passion feeling.
RG sword: "Sword of Impulse and Instinct?" Impulse - break stuff (red) Instinct - disbelieve glamours (green)
Also, that UB sword design seems really, really strong - if they don't have an answer and can't play what's in their hand, don't they just get draw-locked until they're dead?
Black & Blue sword could be bounce + discard, which creates some interesting synergy. It also doesn't permalock your opponent out of the game by itself.
To really be effective, there'd be some caveat to keep the tokens in play until the next turn end of combat. If I attack with my team, but they're swept away by Terminus, I don't get a real benefit of having them back on the field for my second main phase to poof into the aether eot.
I like where you're going though.
Tibalt's Serf :r:
Creature - Devil
Flash
Whenever you discard a card, if you discarded it at random, draw two cards.
When Tibalt's Serf dies, put X loyalty counters on target planeswalker you control, where X is its power.

Bored here's some garbo.
Pyromancer's Game {R}
Instant
Deal 1 damage to target player, then roll a 6 sided die. At the end of the turn you may have Pyromancer's Game deal 1 damage to that player, then if the amount of damage dealt to that player this turn matches the result of your roll, return Pyromancer's Game to it's owner's hand.
Ajani Primal {W}{R}{G}
Planeswalker - Ajani
+1 Up to one target creature you control gains vigilance, reach, and protection from the colour of your choice until the beginning of your next upkeep.
-1 Deal 2 damage to target creature. That creature's controller gains x life, where x is that creature's power.
-6 You gain an emblem with "Non-creature spells your opponents control cost x more to cast, where x is the amount of creatures you control. Whenever an opponent casts a spell you may create a 2/2 White Cat Soldier token."

Pulse of the Plague {B}
Instant
Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn. Then if that creature's controller controls the creature with the highest toughness, return Pulse of the Plague to it's owner's hand.
Cling to Power {B}
Sorcery
Draw 2 cards, then set aside one card in your hand and reveal the rest. An opponent of your choice picks a non-land card from among the revealed cards. Discard that card.
That sortof looks like sword of blue and blue now, though - black can't do either of those effects.
I feel like the Blue Black intersection is something about looking at your opponent's hand and then doing something, or something about information. I feel like the most obvious is just, "duress and draw," but I'd like a better blue mechanic because sword of fire and ice is already draw, and the UG is already mill. "Scry 3" or even maybe "Scry 4" could do it, but still seems somewhat weak. Maybe like a frost titan-like tap effect?
I think the UB one should be "Sword of Dreams and Nightmares" and "Return target nonland permanent to owner's hand." A la, Consign to Dream (but nonland is pretty much needed, so it isn't a lock). Then "Look at the top two cards of that player's library. Exile one and put the other back on top." A la Thoughtpicker Witch, or something like that.
A great name for the UW sword would be, "Sword of Law and Order" although, what it would do, I don't know. Perhaps Frost Titan a creature and Rule of Law them until your next turn? I kind of like this, because White also taps creatures pretty often and Rule of Law is Arcane Laboratory, so both are actually White and Blue effects.
Disagree. Allowing the sword controller to potentially cast a spell for free seems OP. The Exile/Scry effect is on point with discard, but even more proactive disruption. Always a fan of taking a known effect to repeat instead of off the wall ideas. The play without pay is more associated with red and blue.
Green/Red sword should still contain the word Lust.
I agree, that's why I used the templating I did; check out Nightveil Specter for reference:
http://magiccards.info/gtc/en/222.html
Well, Black does it too: Praetor's Grasp (EDIT: yeah, just realized you said without paying, oops) but I agree, I think it is OP then. As it is, I think that would be playable, since it is near a lock if they are drawing only 1 card a turn, since they'll always just get the worst of the top two. Not to mention you are bouncing their things at the same time, so it would be hard to race. It's no Fire and Ice, but it's definitely better than Body and Mind.

Return target artifact from entered your graveyard this turn to the battlefield.
They would never unban Jar would they? Lol.
A variant:

Put the top 3 cards of your library into your graveyard, then return an artifact card from your graveyard to your hand.
And the inevitable broken one:

Players casting spells don't cause abilities to trigger.

Torpor Orb for cast triggers. It seems innocuous, but it affects Storm, Cascade, Counterbalance, Monastery Mentor, Young Pyromancer, Emrakul's extra turn, Prowess, and others.
I'm just wondering, now that there's such a shitstorm about Brainstorm and cantrip cartel but mostly Brainstorm being the main offender (and in my opinion it sort of really is). Would a "fixed" Brainstorm of same mana cost but drawing two putting back one card make this card fair and still playable? Personally I really like the effect Brainstorm has, it's instant that let's you hide/shufle back cards and that's an effect I'd like to have in Legacy, however it is true that Brainstorm does its thing to efficiently by drawing three and putting back two..
Any thoughts on toned down Brainstorm with 2-1 ratio?
Acolyte of Harpados :r:
Creature - Goblin Wizard
For every spell other than the first a player casts this turn, Acolyte of Harpados deals 2 damage to that player.

The Anti-Bear 2
Artifact Creature - Construct R
Effects that would alter The Anti-Bear's cost instead do not.
Cards cannot have their costs altered.

While I appreciate the effort behind the design of Fauna Shaman, the lack of Haste and the inherent fragility of being a creature makes it not quite Legacy-worthy. Here are some ideas for a 'fixed' version of Survival of the Fittest, some of which may have previously been suggested in this thread.
Survival of the Tappest
:1::g:
Artifact (?) -- (or Enchantment if they can be tapped)
:g:, Tap, Discard a creature card: Search your library for a creature card, reveal that card, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
---
Survival of the Exilist
:1::g:
Enchantment
:g:, Exile a creature a card from your hand: Search your library for a creature card, reveal that card, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
---
Survival of the Fattest
:1::g:
Enchantment
:g::X:, discard/(or exile) a creature card from your hand: Search your library for a creature card with converted mana cost equal to X or less, reveal that card, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
---
I think that these could be playable, but limit the abusive potential of the original -- some more so than the others.
SotF was mostly safe until Vengevine, but nowadays I think it'd actually be relatively safe to unban. The Legacy format of late 2016 is very different from the era back when it was dominating tournaments. I would prefer to just have the original card be unbanned, but failing that I'd like to see a 'fixed' variant be printed that could still enable a viable archetype.
Hurandyr, Frozen Reaches
Legendary Land - Plains Island
Whenever you cast your Commander from the command zone, scry 1.
(If Wizards wanted to print another dual land in a Commander precon that could alleviate some reserved-list issues without making ABUR duals obsolete.)
Tristan of Ulcourt :1::g::w:
Legendary Creature - Human Advisor
Whenever a legendary creature enters the battlefield under your control, draw a card and gain 1 life.
2/2
(It triggers to itself, is fun to use with GSZ and in a Maverick-deck with old and new Thalia, Gaddock Teeg, etc.)
Bored again, here we go!
Tezzeret, Head Judge 3UB
Planeswalker - Tezzeret
+1 Create a 1/1 blue and black bird artifact creature token with flying and deathtouch.
-2 Search your library for an artifact card with converted mana cost 2 or less and put it into play. If that card has x in it's converted mana cost, you may have that card enter the battlefield
as if your choice of 1 or 2 mana was paid for x.
-6 Search your library for up to 5 artifacts and reveal them. An opponent separates those cards into two piles. Put one pile onto the battlefield and the other into your graveyard.

Terrain Stalker G/R (1 mana hybrid, I suck at symbols =p)
Creature - Wolf

Deal 4 damage to target creature. Trample.
This is better than Tinker. Because it places a constraint on what you can find (different names) you can fail to find three of them and just put Blightsteel onto the battlefield every time.
Maybe you intended this: "Search your library for four artifact cards and reveal them. If four cards with different names are revealed this way..."
I love the idea of giving trample to a direct damage spell. Elegant.
It's also something that's in a game designed by mtg players , so it's not exactly the newest idea. Same for lifelink spells.
Fiery arbiter :w: :r:
Creature - Elemental Wizard
First strike.
Whenever a player cast a spell or play an activated ability that isn't a mana ability, deal 1 damage to that player unless he or she pays :1:

Exalted Dirgesinger :w::b:
Creature – Human Cleric
At the beginning of your end step, if there are two or more duplicates in your graveyard, return one of them to your hand and lose life equal to that card's converted mana cost.
At the beginning of each opponent’s end step, if there are two or more duplicates in that player’s graveyard, that player must discard a card and gain life equal to that card's converted mana cost.
