I figured that, it probably was too slow but could be an a possible 2 of. Thanks for the info.

Rending Volley can't be countered by spells or abilities.
Rending Volley deals 4 damage to target white or blue creature.
Seems decent as a sideboard card. I don't think I'll play it, but it's a new consideration for non rotating formats anyway.
3-1 yesterday. Beat Elves, Esper Mentor & RUG Delver. Lost to Food Chain. I might have won game three versus Food Chain if I had been less greedy with my Pyrokinesis. My opponent had a Night of Souls Betrayal in play, and I knew he had neither Manipulate Fate nor Misthollow Griffin in hand. He also had a Food Chain in play, along with a Shardless Agent and a Deathrite Shaman. I had Piledriver and Vial, but a hand full of gas. Had I played Pyrokinesis he would have been unable to go off from the Brainstorm he drew next turn (he only had one blue source). I would have played Matron for Chieftain, which would likely have gotten removed, but then I'd been able to play Earwig Squad and maybe get lucky. My reasoning was that I could deal with more of his creatures if he drew them (they were X/1 due to NoSB). But I'm not sure that was correct. The odds of him drawing Manipulate Fate/Griffin would be fairly equal to that of him drawing a creature that sticks, only much more devastating.
Also misplayed versus Esper Mentor when I waited to cycle Gempalm Incinerator to kill his Snapcaster, playing around a removal spell. But I would have been fine with him using a Swords to Plowshares on my token, and I forgot about the Cabal Therapy in his graveyard.
But I got to beat Engineered Plague twice, which was super sweet!
Tournament Sunday Lots of Combo. Lots of MUD and Lots of Equipment. Thinking of Running Sandro's Black List with a couple alterations making it slightly more JUND for TSH. I am running TSH over Scrapper just because he's on the lower end of the curve, where Tuktuk is on the high end. Legacy is all about resource management so I'm looking to get the most bang for the buck. TSH looks slightly better on paper than Scrapper. Looking for opinions and suggestions.

I like the idea of the Mainboard Earwig Squad but I'm not married to that idea. The big thing that concerns me is, Krenko and the number of haste enablers I'm running in this deck. Currently I'm running 5 and I need a little education or insight on the proper amount.
You wrote "ringleader" twice. I assume the second time it's supposed to say "warchief"?
The list looks fine to me. I still prefer Scrapper over Hooligan, mostly because when you need one you often really need it, and not having access to a green source for TSH at that time would suck. Regarding haste enablers and Krenko, they certainly make him better, as in more explosive and resistant to removal. Haste however is often not necessary, unless you're in a racing situation. I play only three lords, and I've been super happy with that number! The single Earwig Squad has served me surprisingly well. The ability to preemptively take care of their trump cards has relieved a lot of pressure in a lot of matchups. I also won two games through Engineered Plague yesterday, thanks to the 5/3 body.
I replaced the second Perish in the board with a Deathmark. It's more efficient at dealing with goyf when they don't have other green creatures as well, and can be brought in versus DnT too, among other decks. I'm also looking to try a single copy of Nether Void in the board. Omnitell has been growing in popularity in my metagame, and it should be very strong against Food Chain, AnT etc. Seems sweet when you have vial/Cavern of Souls.
I disagree with this. Obviously it depends on the situation, but I often drop Krenko versus BUG decks to start generating tokens to win a few turns later. Happens versus other decks as well, but I wouldn't say you generally need to hold Krenko unless you need your opponent to play in such a way as to give you an opening to do a OTK. When you already have the board advantage, Krenko can often be a bit 'win more'. It's when you need a card to take control of the game, when your opponent has something that's difficult to deal with that he really shines. If you get Krenko online versus Batterskull you will win that race most of the time. The same holds true versus double goyf, random creature decks etc.
Ooh yes, I agree that a Krenko online is bonkers, but getting him online that's where the fun starts. Dropping him early in the game without a haste-lord could be very unfavorable, for every opponent familiar with Krenko will kill him in the spot. My point is there is no need to drop Krenko early in the game if the board is pretty even or in your favor, and you really want a haste-lord to get full advantage out if Krenko (especially in g2, where you know they wil hold on to creature-removal) That is what I mean with holding on to him, untill the right time.
EDIT: nothing is more fun than getting to drop Krenko by SnT, activate because there is a haste-lord, getting hit by Emrakul, survive, and Alpha-Strike... I lived this dream
And we're back at the Krenko vs SGC-discussion!
I've also been trying to find a Jund shell I like. It seems that when I add black the playstyle of the deck doesn't want Tin Street Hooligan.
Oh, yeah. That makes sense. I agree with that. In those games I usually try to bait a removal spell first, or make sure they're tapped out. I remember wasting an opposing when they had three untapped lands and a batterskull, knowing i had scrapper. He bounced his batterskull to protect it, giving me the opportunity to put krenko into play. :)
I was looking through some old decklists that placed well in large events, and it seems like having 2 splashes Maindeck (like running TSH and Warren Weirding MD) means you have to drop Port to make room for more Duals and Fetches...
Deck Name: Goblins Position: 13
Goblins Kevin Deffenbaugh Sideboard
Creatures [29]
1 Krenko, Mob Boss
2 Goblin Chieftain
2 Siege-Gang Commander
4 Goblin Lackey
4 Goblin Matron
4 Goblin Piledriver
4 Goblin Ringleader
4 Goblin Warchief
4 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
Instants [3]
3 Tarfire
Sorceries [2]
2 Warren Weirding
Artifacts [4]
4 Aether Vial

2 Relic of Progenitus
2 Ethersworn Canonist
1 Stingscourger
1 Tuktuk Scrapper
1 Rest in Peace
2 Wear // Tear
4 Cabal Therapy
2 Perish
If you run 2 splash but only play 1 splash MD and the other color is in the sideboard then you can still fit Port.
I've been trying out a couple new cards in the MD and SD recently. Here's what I found....
MD cards - Mogg Maniac and Goblin Chirurgeon
Maniac was cute but bad. It was bad because it had to stay back and wait for Goyf attacks, while TNN and Delver ignored it. We need creatures that can put pressure on our opponent, and Maniac doesnt do that. Plus he's straight trash against combo.
Chirurgeon - How about instead of playing an underpowered 1-of that protects good creatures we just play multiples of those good creatures? Oh, that's a central tenant of the deck. Chirurgeon doesn't make enough of a difference to include.
Sideboard Cards - Carpet of Flowers
Carpet of Flowers was pretty good! It definitely helps dump your hand on the table. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that you can't side it in when you're bringing in many other non-goblins, because Carpet does nothing to win the game or control your opponent. you need to make sure you still have plenty of goblins to play with it.
Reconnossance - I haven't tested this one, but my experience with Carpet of Flowers makes me think Reconnosance isn't going to be worth it. It just doesn't put on any pressure by itself.
