Honestly ... just play proxies if you are going to those lengths, no shame in not wanting to damage your cards. I have beat to shit cards because I play in sleeves and shuffle the shit out of my cards. Buying mint cards for me would be a complete waste of coin since I'll deflower them very quickly.
I have Alpha power so that I can shuffle it. :eek: I love shuffling expensive cards. :cool:

I still entertain the idea from time to time of building a deck entirely out of "loved" cards just to see peoples' faces when I shuffle big money cards without sleeves. I've already got some biggies for that project (a couple of Mana Drains, a Workshop, a few Duals, etc.) though I suspect it will never get off the ground except maybe as an EDH deck.

Anybody in Toronto feels like building Bertrand Lestree's deck (here) I always felt like the Zoo deck was stronger than the Stasis one....maybe it would be fun to verify history ?!
