Ugh, that sucks. I got mucked for $8 on $25 once, and I wasn't pleased at all. but, it wasn't from an Ebay seller, so I complained. Nothing really happened, but complain I did.

Um, that's why I always send birthday presents out to people. I have lots of friends, and because of this, they have lots of birthday gifts that need sending. Funnily enough, they're only always $20-25 in value, no matter how much the market may dictate. :wink:

Recently traded with SupREME-10 for this spiffy life counter. It actually feels and looks like high-grade plastic--I'm not sure what the assembly process is, but it clearly works--and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it around town.

They just bumped up the VAT from 19% to 21% in the Netherlands. But, you don't have to pay import-taxes when you're shipping between Germany and the Netherlands, right? Same tax region (EU). Or, did you order from the US?Quote:

Any complaint concerning import taxes should be made to your government and not an eBay seller. Someone in Italy purchased $100 from me and was charged $25 for customs. He was upset at me and gave me negative feedback. Of course eBay removed it since you can no longer leave negative feedback disputing customs charges. He assumed I knew Italy's customs laws. I actually had someone in Brazil buy a 60 card sleeved deck and wanted me to ship it in a white envelope to avoid customs. I can be just as accomodating as the next guy, but seriously? It's really annoying.
I didn't give him a negative feedback nor did i complain to him, because as you said, it's not his fault.
However it still is really annoying :(
Nice Fetches! Totally understandable on the import thing. Just make sure you send and receive gifts often when you can, if you have nice friends :)

Glad you like it coraz86 -- I have done a number of them now, and I assure you that it is actually made from exactly 20 MTG cards, I am writing an article on the how to, so maybe once I get that up I will post you a link. I encourage others to try making them; so long as you have about 4+ hours to spend doing it, that one took me about 5 hours total and it is not as detailed as some I have done.Quote:

I don't know if these are technical pimp so no pictures, but 4 Chinese abrupt decay arrived today. I couldn't find anything other than English and Chinese to preorder (Like no foils either -WTF!) So they're all I have for now.
