Lots of people are going to mindlessly dismiss this card just because it says 'draw' and 'storm' on the same monoblack card. Five mana is quite a bit even with rituals, and even if you double ritual into this as an opener (mox, rit, rit, promise) you only get 4 cards. Not quite enough to keep going.

So, enchantments then.
The planeswalker has no way to protect herself, and her ultimate seems a lil like a better Enduring Ideal.
I'd drop the ultimate, and replace with the -x ability. Increase the +1 to a +2, or leave at +1 and have it peek two cards down.
And lastly, I'd have the card make a 1/1 white enchantment creature token with flying at a -1 ability.
What about something like this
+1: Scry 2, then reveal the top card of your library. If it's an enchantment card put it into your hand.
0: Search your deck for an enchantment card, shuffle your library, then put that card on top of it.
-6: Search your library for up to three enchantment cards and put them onto the battlefield.
The ultimate was based on Enduring Ideal, yes. I think what you suggest would make it slightly overpowered. The +1-ability is fine with Enlightened Tutor, Sterling Grove, Sensei's Top, etc. Dack Fayden also has no way to defend himself, unless he manages to steal an artifact creature from an opponent. Metrudora is - at worst - Idyllic Tutor (for enchantments with CMC 3 or less), at best she can be a card-advantage machine in Enchantress-style decks. Though I could change the first ability to look at the top two cards, like you suggest. The ability was based of Domri Rade, but creatures are far more prevalent than creatures (though obviously not in all decks). I don't think I can replace the "epic" ultimate ability with something that she can use from the get-go (you suggested replacing her ultimate with the -x ability, leaving her with three abilities that are useful when she is cast, I think this goes against the spirit of the planeswalkers, they all have one ability that is awesome and requires some build-up to get to, with the exception of Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas, who is bananas).
She can tutor for lots of good enchantments, Rest in Peace, Counterbalance, Energy Field, Elephant Grass, Oblivion Ring (though this kills her unless plussing her first), Enchantress' Presence (same), Stony Silence, Carpet of Flowers, Choke, etc.

Yeah, it'd need to specify where the creatures go, if the card were to allow a creature spell to be cast at all.
This seems like it would effectively counter every token generating spell ever, as well. Call of the Herd tokens ETB because a card said to do it; the Elephant token didn't come from your hand.
