If you have ideas for options don't be shy. I will have to rewrite some of the primer after this weekend so feel free to make suggestions.
Re: [DTB] R/G Combo Lands
So, I'm flying from Seattle to Chicago on my way home and don't have my barcode account password handy. So now I'm a "bar fly" ha ha.
About round 9: I liked Owen too quickly in game 1 (Mox, Mox, stage, Depths, loam, Gamble or Crop Rotation, fetchland) on the play. All I saw from him was island. I made 20/20 on my turn and he eot brainstorm and does it again on his turn then scoops.
I put him on Miracles, thought he was playing it beforehand too. Volcanic Fallout comes in to deal with meddling mages.
Then he turn one plays show and tell, putting Griselbrand into play, I put in Grove.
Gamble somehow resolved for Karakas. Then he blood moons. I Gamble for forest resolves, too. On one of the gambles I discarded k grip. Oops.
Then he got greedy and went to 1.
I'll post something more when I get home maybe tomorrow.

That was a sick game. How did you end up overall?

Aha, that makes sense! I was joking with some friends earlier wondering how on earth lands boards in Fallout vs Sneak and Show, but I didn't know about G1. What a hilarious 'gottem!'

The wheels fell off day 2. Poor nutrition and sleep and hydration caught up: 9-6. My worst day 2 finish. :(
Beat sneak attack twice (primetime is the shit). Punted vs storm which was really embarrassing.
Had a mediocre 6 vs GCB on infect and didn't think it could improve on 5, so I lost that one.

Yeah, it was funny because LSV joked to Owen that he "knew what was coming; double unintentional draws" and I beat Owen in about 25 minutes.
I should probably be annoyed that LSV thought I might lead to an unintentional draw but whatever.

Nah, revel in the glory of both gambles not hitting the worst card in your deck then Owen Messing up! I was surprised he didn't try and find an Emrakul before attacking, and then going down to 1 is super greedy. Although in his defense it's safe to assume lands boards out Punishing Fire and he played Island and Petal before activating again, so I assume he had hardcast FoW up.

Yes, if he's going to 1 he should have done so before attacking. What can I do? Draw two krosan grips before I can play magic again?
Or, he shouldn't go to 1 and just be patient, preserving life total for fow.
I don't understand his hurry.
Did he have fow? I haven't seen the video.

So post your ideas here? Not everyones ideas should go straight into the primer. Especially if it's an unorthodox or untested approach to sideboarding.

Yeah, I think he was overconfident and assumed the game was in the bag. I didn't see a FoW in hand, but he played Island > Petal before going down to 1, I guess in case you'd left in Punishing Fire. He's still dead to another topdeck fire, though. Or a K Grip on Moon and you rebuying the fire. Just seemed like a very loose play overall.

On the topic of the "transformational" board and Chalice of the Void more specifically (since I feel like I should contribute):
Sylvan Library has impressed me immensely and I don't think it'll be leaving my board anytime soon. Keep in mind, though, I'm playing in the MTGO meta where you have to face Miracles every third match. Library probably doesn't come in as much when you're facing Delver all the time (but then, we shouldn't be wasting board slots for Delver). Recently, in a
Channelfireball article on Miracles, Reid Duke said of Library: " This is the one card in the entire Legacy format that I least want to see. I almost never beat it." I want this card in my deck, and even after I've made the distinction between the online and paper metas, I'm planning on finding real copies of Library to play in paper.
Chalice of the Void also feels very strong. I want to keep testing it. My greatest fear with the card is not that it isn't good enough against Storm. I think that it is. I've found that against Storm you either need two pieces of artifact hate to lock them out of the game, and any combination of Chalices and Spheres of Resistance will do, or that you need one piece to slow them down long enough for you to make a fast combo, in which case Chalice on one is probably good enough about as often as Sphere of Resistance. A good Storm player can beat either one by its lonesome, either by going off with Cabal Rituals in the case of Chalice or with Lion's Eye Diamond in the case of Sphere. My main fear with Chalice is that by playing it I'm losing out on Gamble and Crop Rotation. This is where I need to focus my attention when I continue testing.
In any case, these are my thoughts, and I suggest trying everything out for yourselves.
Thanks! I like your reasoning that these sideboard cards are meta dependent and your choice of sideboard hate seems completely justified given the context. Its easy for me to forget that paper magic has a different meta than online, and I should know that better after watching all of your videos (which are awesome by the way, thank you for those and keep it up!). I happen to be from NJ where the meta seems to be combo heavy as of late, so i tend to over prepare for storm

Maybe a one-of as the fifth disenchant effect. I tell you, it'd be phenomenal if it ever resolved. Also seems real good against Death and Taxes.
Re: [DTB] R/G Combo Lands
Decimate has to have a target for every mode to be cast, you can't play it consistently enough against something like Miracles.

its perfect for late game miracles. They will surely have a snapcaster, qulique, meddling mage, or mentor. It's a card you can set up for.

That's just a big of a set-up. Besides, you have to hit four(!) targets. Surely, there are better enchantment effects.

OK, fracturing gust or reverent silence? Any tests with these?
Re: [DTB] R/G Combo Lands
Reverent Silent. It requires one green mana and three colorless mana or the alternative castingcost of giving six Life to your opponent. Didn't try it, though.
Or go with good old Ray of Revelation. Dredge it or cast it with a RP already in your bin.
