Because a friend of mine opened a P:3K deck (or something similar) and found it. I know it's a horrible and useless card, but perhaps it could net some money..
That's Sun Quan. In Asian languages he goes for about 10 euros. 15 in English.
Not that much, around 15 $ I think. But it's a cool card to have with a unique ability. :)
