I love alpha / beta Rock Hydra, the art is classic, and the printed rules text is an awesome mess.

I opened some Japanese Khans hoping for fetches.

First box, zero fetchlands. The ultimate letdown. I could actually feel myself getting depressed.

Second box, one of each fetch, plus a foil Japanese Bloodstained Mire (meaning 6 total). That more than made up for the first. Couldn't help but think the rarity distribution was odd. Both boxes were from the same case though.

Also foil Dragon Stompy is sexy. Never seen a pimp list like that before.

Here we think 3 fetch/box is almost guaranteed, and i got a japanese polluted in like 3 boosters.

This. The Alpha version will forever be my favorite printing of any card ever (new heads may be grown for RRR apiece). Glorious.

Foil Loop Mountains were for my Goblins deck. Now the 6 I have are in my Shattergang EDH.
The 10 Foil Cliff Mountains are for Stompy.
I have 10 Foil Floating Mountains for Burn.
No Foil Dark Mountains though (anymore). :rolleyes:

The thing I liked most in that d. stompy list other than the RPD's were the stone rains. Good choice in art sir I love kamigawa stone rain so much.

Yeah when it comes to russian cards....I love russian more than any other language even old school korean. Russian is just gorgeous to look at. Not just 1 foil russian blightsteel but a playset very nice.
