Mixing languages is a nessecary evil sadly, duels only come in a handful of languages

The print quality is a little lower on the Italian ones (color, feel) and they also have the old Tap (sideways T) symbol.
Generally people like the higher color saturation of the French and German ones, also German for we English speakers since the type line is still Land.

I'm glad the all English foil deck didn't garner any hatred. Some folks are pretty picky about what counts as 'pimp.'
