Unreserved Tundra

That won't work. Sure, if there was a tundra card on your battlefield, but can't rely on hidden information (See the conditional tutors) - You have to reveal.
Sure, if it said something "Unreserved Tundra enters the battlefield if you reveal a tundra card from anywhere", it could. That'd just be an utter timeruiner.
Let me suggest my humble solution :
Ban old dual lands and all old fetchlands. Reprint new dual lands and new fetchlands like the following:
Neo Tundra
Land : Neo Land
(No basic land type)
Add W or U to your mana pool.
And
Neo Flooded Strand
Land
T, pay 1 life, sacrifice Neo Flooded Strand : Search your library for a card named Island or Plains, or a Neo Land that can produce W or U. Put it on the battlefield. Shuffle your library.
Dryad arbor, Choke, Massacre, Daze, Islandwalk, Carpet of Flowers, etc will suffer a bit, I guess...
