I much prefer to see legacy decks then those single cards. Single cards can be googled, pimped out decks are atleast different with each incarnation.

eBay is flooded with judge foils ATM, so this might not be a bad time to look if you're interested in picking some up.
I noticed and grabbed up some. What's the new influx for? Anyone know?
0 is right, miscut cards are awesome sauce.
1 is partially right, do they have korean cards in foil? If they do have foil korean cards, that comes before japanese and the rest is right.
2 is right
3 is right
4 is definitely not right because korean comes before japanese
I'd say on the topic of foil LoA's that 7th is better simply because there are less foil 7th japanese lord of atlantis's than there are of foil japanese timespiral LoA's.
Nice japanese foil dredge deck by the way very hard to acquire some pieces.
I need some help. What are the best pimp lightning bolts, in order from most to least? I need to pick up some for my deck.

That's my favorite.
I prefer my Revised ones. It's fun to play a full set of Alpha duals, foil everything and then plop a white bordered Lightning Bolt on someone. People just cringe every time they see them. It makes me smile.
That's a Swamp. But one hell of a pimp swamp.
I agree that it can be awesome. I was playing in a 10 proxie tournament and I had a basic land with BOLT written on it because I forgot my bolts. I forgot to add summer bolts to the list. They have the added appeal of looking like crap to the untrained eye. It would be fun to play a summer bolt, have someone come up and ask why you have such a lame bolt in a pimped out deck and just let them think its worth nothing.
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I was wondering something. I want all my cards to be the same 'pimp style', and decided that the same foreign language & black bordered would make for some simple pimp. Considering I use duals this leaves me with French, German & Italian. I have no clue if all sets are printed in these languages, so my question is: In what language are all of these cards printed, blackbordered, if any?
The cards I use:
EE
Top
Standstill
Humility
Brainstorm
Counterspell
Force of Will
Spell Snare
Path to Exile
Swords to Plowshares
Elspeth
WoG
Vindicate
Fetch/Duals/Factories/Wastelands/Basics
Slinga, I love the Swamp.
It's a SwampBolt. Eventually I may build a red/black EDH to house it. In a monored burn deck you could probably get away with playing it as a Bolt if your deck doesn't run anything black.
I'm looking to get a play set of all the languges that Sensei's Divining Top was printed in. If you have any that you are willing to sell please PM me.
My hurricane.

A valued part of my collection (and part of my next scan), but to be honest, if I had to take a blowtorch to either the hurricane or a card like say the EE test print, there'd be one less hurricane in the world. I also passed up on trying for the summer serendib because I just paid for this and a couple other things :(
On lightning bolts, without being partial to something I own, textless saga > all else by a considerable distance. Full albino bolts are next (anyone who's seen these know that they are gorgeous), followed by summer. Double prints are next followed by heavy miscuts. The rest don't really matter compared to the preceding.
In other news: Landstill!

Sorry if the picture quality is questionable.
I don't really follow any pimping "rules" I just went with whatever I could find and what I felt looked good.
Couldn't decide between foil DCI Swords and Beta Swords so that's why there's the 2/2 split.
fool - better teach yourself and take a look ... look closely ...
nice landstill deck :)
My first time posting a deck here. I went with everything foiled that could, in english. I'm looking to swap a Portugese Rishadan Port for an English one. Sorry about the poor quality.

That tormod's crypt is ugly and I dont enjoy promo foils as much as real. But otherwise its perty
LOL If you want to believe that "Summer Edition" is the name of the set then go ahead, but it's just the summer print run of Revised, which was recalled. We actually got a few boxes of it where I live here in Tennessee, and I can tell you nobody knew the difference until the packs were opened.
"Summer Edition" or "Edgar" or whatever you want to call it are just names to distinguish it from the other Revised print runs.
Nice Landstill deck! Except for the Fetches. What are they, the judge promo ones? Ugly, really. The old layout is much better.
Anyways congratz on the rest, it's awsome!
Thanks :D. And yes the fetches are Judge Foil. I dunno, I kind of dig them. Plus I can't get Marsh Flats in the old border so now all the fetches match.
New additions from this past weekend in Vestal:

I have to say that I actually like the Judges' Onslaught fetches better than the originals because they foiled up the art; I was never particularly a fan of the shooting star thing, and I personally enjoy foils solely for the way they highlight the art.
Sorry for my lack of contribution, I promise I'll toss something up when I again have access to a scanner. No promises on how long that will be though :-/
Does anyone have experience getting artists to sign your cards at something other than a convention or tournament? Does this even happen?
I know that almost any artist will sign cards if you mail them with a self addressed stamped envelope. If you google it someone put together a decent contact list on the Wizards forums iirc. Also, if you are ever near Boulder CO, Dan Frazier loves to have people to his house to sign cards. He does it so he can try to sell you art though. Was kinda akward...
On the subject of Lightning bolts and the respective value, I would put the Metal bolt above textless foil. Other than that, the list as stated by Occam is spot on. Unfortunately, you cannot actually play with the metal bolt, so there is that caveat.
-Peace
Metal bolt? That's not something I've ever heard of.
