Not sure if Pimp, but this is my new favourite EDH deck. Got to play it at the local last week and it was a blast. Ending up losing, but not before I clone'd an Newlamog and got to swing with it 6 times. Ended up losing to Old School Baron Sengir which won the 4 man pod with Glacial Chasm and Hecatomb!

Sure. In fact if I'd be playing any kind of old school Magic, it wouldn't be without IA and friends. There are so many beautiful cards in post-Dark expansions, and speaking of color fixation, Thawing Glaciers could help a bit for a fraction of buck.
Also, there comes quite some removal in form of Reprisal, Exile, Dark Banishing, even Contagion, in case you'd ned it. Necro is legal?

I totally approve of it! Old school EDH is so much fun to play. I have a B/G/R and U/W old school EDH. They don't win much but it fun to see reactions to some of the cards.

Yes it is. I picked it up in 2000, the day before the signing. about 2 years later I picked up the top spellgrounds. all 4 spellgrounds I have are 2 player mats.

Do we have a basic guide on pimping? I am looking to expand my pimpage in my BUG Delver deck and alpha duals arent doing it for me. I also want it to be tournament playable.

Pimp in the eye of the beholder, man. Consistency matters. All black bordered. (or some alter all borders to white for some reason).
Overall you'd want original series.
Ftv or promo are not done unless those are the only foil available (if foil is your thing).
and foreign languages; German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian.
But again, concsisteny.

Since there's no set foil printing of FoW, do the pimpers go for the first foil printing judge promo force or the new eternal masters force of will by the original artist? I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder and use what you like but I'm curious to hear the "community opinion"

I personally dislike the judge foil force of will's art (and the little star in the middle) so I would probably have to pick up the new foil force if I wanted one for the cube.

I don't have any experience with foil cards but i heard that older foils tend to warp? If I were to go this route would you recommend any solution to prevent this?

I think I will avoid foreign language cards because of tournament play.

Can I get any more pimp then alpha duals?
