If I don't draw Pyromancer, my standard plan is to wish for Wipe Away before the combo turn with Boseiju backup if possible. Then you can juste bounce their Omniscience and go on with your life. Otherwise just what Lans89 said. Always keep Omniscience in your hand so they can't go oft too easily.
The mirrormatch can be mindboggling. So first of all, you need to have Omniscience under any circumstance. The player without Omniscience will lose indefinitely. However, once both players have Omniscience, it all revolves around who has more instants (roughly any amount of Cunning Wish, Dig Through Time and Countermagic).Quote:

Then you also have to think which mirror-breakers the lists might play in their sideboard (I've seen lists playing Iona, Shield of Emeria, then there are lists that play "stack-emptiers" such as Flusterstorm, Mindbreak Trap or Time Stop in their SB to access with CWish).
In postboard games, things can get even more weird depending on the splashes. Thoughtseize is a very strong card in the mirror, but so is Pyroblast/REB. I'm not a huge fan of Young Pyromancer, but its presence does apply pressure and forces you to act.
I think the black splash could do the same easily (Pack Rat, Gurmag Angler?).
I tested Pack Rat in Thema UB version quite a bit. It is OK in the mirror, but there will be some games where you can't copy it because your cards in hand are too valuable.

Indeed brad nelson in its list of side play FoF to have a similar target with wish
another question is about the use of Boseiju in side or main or both, of course it depends very much on the meta, but other than that what do you think? you would use against deck with wasteland as grixys, team america, canadian or you remove them?

I cunning wish in response. Get FF. FF gets me another cunning wish, a twincast, and a brainstorm. I then use cunning for ants, then twincast for cunning, getting call. I then brainstorm the emmy to the top for the win.
I don't know if impulse would have gotten me there. Never had a chance to see how deep i would have dug.
OK, then we agree. I never wanted to say that Boseiju is the best plan ever against Delver. But the matchup is bad and I think the land is one of our best shots without Grid. Resolving S&T with enough mana to win a counter war and to pay for soft counters is just unrealistic.Quote:

It's not, an no one plays Defense Grid so bringing in Ancient Grudge is terrible. Keeping Spell Snares is also terrible. Okay, this is where our understandings about OmniShow completely diverge. For your list, the matchup is way harder as you play cards (like Thoughtseize and Lim-Dul's Vault) that demand you to fetch lands that can be hit by Wasteland. So either you risk getting hit by Wastelands or fetch basic Islands and risk that these spells clog up your hand. This is a problem that I often faced in Milano.Quote:

You have to consider that there is no Delver build that can create cardadvantage by actually drawing cards (Shardless BUG can, but that's a different story, their clock is the slowest among BUG/RUG builds), so Thoughtseize is an absolutely excellent card as it gives you information and bottlenecks them at the same time (either you take their pressure or disruption). Furthermore Delverdecks are very bad at playing from the top.
You have to take into account that Delver decks need Mana, disruption and pressure, all at the same time. I had some Delver players keeping a hand with Delver, Land, double-Flusterstorm, a Pyroblast, Wasteland and Ponder. This looks nice, but they can only cast one of their blasts/flusters at a time if they don't draw lands.
In these matchups, Toxic Deluge is also pretty bonkers as it wipes everything for just 3 life (typically a lot of RUG Delver players will side out one or two Tarmogoyfs as they are clunky as hell and tapping down two mana often means not being able to counter multiple times with Pierce, REB/Pyro, Fluster or whatsoever). Either that, or it will most likely pull a Force of Will or Flusterstorm. In either case, both scenarios will bring you very close to winning the game.

I don't like splashes. The only splash that for me seems me good is black splash to Massacre. I think that the deck is more consistent monoblue.
I removed the single Enter the Infinite for the second Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. And I play Spell Pierce and no Pact of Negation. I moved Pact of Negation to the sideboard vs RUG/Patriot/Hard counters decks. Spell pierce is good vs BUG, Miracles and Combo.
Removing the Enter the Infinite also removed the sideboard's Dream Halls.
