That elves deck is still the best looking deck I have ever seen. Particularly the four seasons playsets. This is coming from someone who normally doesn`t even like alters.

Figured this might be the best place to ask, if it's not i'll post somewhere else. What are the best places to look for nonfoil foreign cards, preferably Russian/German? I know about MCM but i'm living in the US and I imagine it's going to be a pain in the rear for cards that aren't worth a lot. I've checked the high end mtg group as well and haven't seen anything come up.

Probably easiest to find yourself a reputable seller from the High End group and send them a want list. Not going to post people's names, but there is at least one highly reputable German guy on there that I am sure can get whatever you need.

You can also check the Non-English Magic the Gathering trading group on facebook.
