In general I'm very happy with the deck. I really wouldn't do anything stupid with it, like adding Brainstorms or Fetches. Or splash another color. Because you have to think what you can get out of white: anti-combo tech and creature removal. We have that already in blue. We have counters and we'd rather steal the creatures than remove them. What use is green? Tarmogoyf? We already have Wake Thrasher. Krosan Grip? Running Annuls is better than screwing your manabase. Red? I see no sense in running red. Black for Thoughtseize? It's nice to know what your opponent is playing, but certainly this isn't worth the splash to screw your manabase again.
Point of the matter about splashes is: next to the fact that they aren't useful; it negates your opportunity to run Back to Basics.
