The event will be Swiss with cut to top 8 (number of rounds depending on turnout)
Prizes:
1st Place: 4 Tarmogoyf (or $120 credit)
2nd Place: 4 Force of Will (or $75 credit)
3rd Place: 4 Polluted Delta (or $55 credit)
4th Place: 4 Flooded Strand(or $45 credit)
5th-8th Place: $20 Credit

1st place prize guaranteed with at least 10 players
Top 3 prizes guaranteed with 20 players minimum

Last tournament had a good showing, 25. This time our goal is 35. As before Pizza, snacks and drinks will be available. Also please remember to park in the back for space purposes. Hopefully this tournament will be as fun as the last! I Hope to see you there!

Edit: i hate packs for 5-8. I never get anything good. Could i like trade them in for a fetchland or something that i might use.

Yes Eric said he will be doing Store credit as an alternative. He just has to figure out how much.

Not true, he is the most undercosted beater in the game with a few exceptions(I'm looking at you Dreadnought:eek: ).

I'll be there. It'd be nice to get 35-40 people. I'm getting tired of seeing the same decks week after week, with maybe a two card tune to make them all even more circle-jerky than they were the week before.

It's possible. I'm generationally different from the majority of the players in my area, with most of them being 25-30 years younger than I am. That keeps me kind of isolated from that kind of fraternization.

This Tournament is a 20 min drive but however I am going to have to pass, magic for me lost its luster.. If anyone on my team wants to play my u/g/w thresh or gobs PM me about it(not lending indivdual cards out of the decks tho(Rood))

To be honest idc if nobody cares, and this just to throw out there I am officially quitting...goodbye nice playin with all of you it was fun while it lasted... Good luck to everyone that goes hope you get a good show like last time.

Sounds like a fun tournament, but unfortunately it's the same weekend as the Mana Drain Open in Stratford, CT so I won't be able to go.
