[Tournament] Anniversary Event 6/28/08 Mox Pearl

In celebration of running Legacy events for 2 years now, and the one year anniversary of Off the Wall Games, we will be hosting an exceptionally large tournament for the month of June.

Date: Saturday June 28th 2008
Start Time: 1:00PM Registration begins at 11:30 AM (try to be on time, we will be starting promptly at 1:00)
Type: Legacy (1.5)
Cost: $20.00 (I apologize for the increase of entrance fee, but the prizes I feel justify the increase.)
Minimum of 12 People
Where: 41 Russell ST
Hadley, MA 01035

1st place: Mox Pearl or $275.00 store credit or $225.00 Cash (buy back option)
2nd place: 4x Tundra or 4x Volcanic Island or $110.00 store credit
3rd Place: 4x Tundra or 4x Volcanic Island (Which ever 2nd doesn't pick) . or $100.00 store credit
4th Place: 4x Plateau or $80.00 store credit
5th-8th Places each get a TARMOGOYF
(Thats more than $700 in prizes)
This will be a SANCTIONED event.

Turns out the big standard event in Syracuse is on Sunday the 29th so I am down for this. I just have to find a sitter for the kid, will be nice to go to Hadley again!

An event like this would definitely attract some Vintage players. I can see this having a much larger turnout than the last few (which have been great, too).

Srsly. If you guys can't take the heat of people trashing and trash talking your deck, you might as well just lurk and only post in certain threads just ignoring most people. Or put people on your ignore list or something.

Getting worked up over people saying your brainchild sucks happens all the time, in every format, over just about every archtype.

Are we really gonna turn every tournament thread that involves NY and MA into a Dreadstill Sucks/is good thread!? I mean really, who fucking cares? If you think the decks good then play it if you don't, then don't. :rolleyes:

I can't believe there is even an argument over if dreadstill sucks. Either way, I guess I'll drag my ass on over from Albany hopefully.

Sounds good. For way too long it was the exact opposite (The rest of TS&L going while you were no where to be found).

There is a chance I might need to hitch a ride with someone to this. My brother finds out this Friday if he has the 28th off or not, and if he's working I might need someone else to get me there, since there is no way I'm missing this.
