i want to use timesifter, savor the moment, teferi, temporal archmage, and jacii to take all of the turns.
Maybe also future sight and a bunch of 0 mana artifact ramp

Can I get some opinions on whether this budget list is worth throwing together? Does it have a chance to go 2-2 at my LGS ? my friend loaned me his rhino fit dec (which is super sweet thanks mark)...
