I also have a budget reanimator list without FoW, because I don't own underground seas I don's run Daze. Meaning my blue count is too low to support the FoW's, I've replaced them with Thoughtseize...

Has anyone tried Consecrated Sphinx out?
It could get out of hand, even if you're opponent kills it after drawing one card you didn't lose out on card advantage... It also works well with Jace V1 +2...

A lot of the cards you mention are not gonna be much good unless you are able to play them early, e.g Hypnotic Specter needs Dark Ritual to be effective or else he's gonna be pretty sad on turn...

I'd also say the blue elemental blasts and hydroblast's if you plan on going with blue.

Another card I'd suggest is Muddle the Mixture, it can find you're painter. Then together with Trinket Mage...
