I really like this idea. I'll be testing it out as well.

I run it along side of Not of this World and it is great. It really helps when it's on board during grindy games.

Gloom and Dread of Night are good against DnT. Not of this World answers Karakas, Swords and Path not to mention eating removal with your discard. Phyrexian Revoker dies to Abrupt Decay/Toxic Deluge.
