New Card! Interesting the fact that has an inithial only W cc, and that can take care of Sneak Attacking creatures.
Name: Soul Snare

@ Modus Pwnens: You'll find my thoughts and the answer to your questions in this post.
@ Mox Opal
Ok, let's do some math.
Probability of drawing exactly one mox in your starting hand...
I don't get what Sigil you're talking about.
@Erayo: I got zero experience with Erayo affinity versions, but with 11 0cc spells, and 8 affinity guys it might indeed be good. People with more erayo's experience should test it.
@Memnite: since...
I tested it in 4x and it was really too redundant. You do want to see a shaman or a survival during a match, but you don't want to open hands with 2-3 of them.
I'm now down to 1 shaman. 5x...
If Bryant says Doushe is a word, then Doushe is a word. THAT is all, so stop it before someone says you're a Fug and that you should Muck off.
Wow, I thought it had protection from coloured abilities too! That changes things a lot!
No, first you have to declare the target for the original Brain Freeze spell. Then resolve the trigger of Storm ability. Once sotrm resolve, the copies go on the stack, and you declare targets for...
The triggered ability target though, so it's useless nonetheless.
How does O.Ring help?
Humility might be a solution, but only if you're infested with those (might be useful with Pridemage, Trygon Predator and Iona though)
@Piceli
Did you test my hybrid list with AN, Doomsday and 4 tops? You might like it. You get the flexibility that both doomsday and Top, and still quite a bit of speed.
Here it is:

I'm actually testing it in the SB for the control matchup (landstill and the like), where it ends the game in a single shot if not countered, and it's surely better than sorcery speed creature...

Is this going to change something?
it's sort of Orim's Chant in green, so we can play it maindeck in place of Thoughtseize or something....
http://media.wizards.com/images/magic/M11/ygonv760lw_EN.jpg
Is this going to have an impact?
It's probably better suited for decks with more fetchlands/duals, since they're usually running Krosan...
You have 7 maindeck (4 sages) without counting GGT, and everyone is running 0-2.
So you statistically find yourself with more DR targets in the grave, than actual DRs.
Don't you think this is too...
...don't you think 7 DR targets in the maindeck + 4 SB is too much?
I'd play diminishing returns. And btw, if this happens it's probably the third turn, so ETW is not a great option anymore..
Yeah, but also combo and tempo decks. Countering early Ponders, Brainstorms, Stifles, M. Tutors, Breakthrough, Entombs, etc was great.
It was huge when played vs geddons and the like, and almost...
I don't like balance of power much:
- It's a card that becomes worse when we're on the draw and when the opponent mulligans, and that is useful only in the beginning of the match;
- Against a blue...
I'm playing straight BR and the initial testing seems quite good.
Here you are:

4 [A] Badlands
3 [ON] Bloodstained Mire
// Creatures
3 [LG] Kobolds of Kher Keep
3 [LG] Crookshank...
@emidln: did you test Ponder in the SB draw4 slot?

He can generate only 8 mana (-2 for wish) so a single daze or cursecatcher on a grapeshot copy leaves both lords alive.
