I somehow forgot about the lotus. I guess I'll have to settle for using a very powerful card to enable a strategy that I'm still surprised can win against one of the target decks.

I feel fairly confident in saying that my deck this week contains the most powerful card we will see in a deck this entire season.

I prefer having to beat one of the bottom two decks over adding 4x wastes to what we have to beat. I think it will lead to more interesting results, and there's enough bad ways to beat a strategy...

What if only storage lands were immune from bans, aside from basics? It would leave strategies that require large amounts of mana on the table for the whole season, and there is enough nonland color...
