    4/19/09 CASH Tournament @ The GRID in Manchester, CT

    The Grid Games in Manchester, CT is hosting its monthly Legacy cash tournament.
    Prize support for this event if there are a minimum of 12 players will be over $300 in cash and cards.

    WHEN:
    SUNDAY APRIL 19TH
    REGISTRATION STARTS AT 11AM
    TOURNAMENT STARTS AT 12 NOON
    ENTRY FEE $20.00

    GREAT PRIZE SUPPORT:
    1ST PLACE $150.00
    2ND PLACE $75.00
    3RD & 4TH PLACE $50.00
    5TH – 8TH PLACE DRAFT SET
    These are the bare minimum prizes if attendance is similar to February's tournament expect them to be significantly higher.
    February's 39 Player turnout brought the total cash payout to over $600

    This tournament is sanctioned and will be swiss pairings cut to a single elimination top 8. There will be side Legacy, Standard and Draft events throughout the day.

    GUARANTEED PRIZE SUPPORT WITH A MINIMUM OF 12 PLAYERS

    PRIZES WILL BE ADJUSTED UPWARDS BASED ON ATTENDANCE

    I'm excited. The turnout was a little low for the March one, but awesome none the less, this one's going to be amazing.

    Really? I know you as "That Landstill Guy." The metagame does have a lot of hate for blue cards too, so I guess it makes sense.

    Yeah, I'm try to keep the Landstill dream alive. If I didn't play so god awful all day at the march tourney I probably wouldn't be so against playing it next month. Heck, even round 1 I luck sacked into a BS that yielded a wrath of god to kill progenitus otherwise I would have gone 0-5.

    He moved a few so that he wasn't competing against PTQs and other large tournaments, and Sundays worked better for a lot of people, so it just seemed like a good idea.

    Fear not everyone I won't be weilding LeyObey but I will bring yet another homebrew. Heck it may be boatbrew since its good in standard and extended.
