I think there's a bit more paperwork involved to "Officially Suck". I mean, first you need to fail your Act 34, then you need to draft a foil Mirror of Fate over...well, anything, then you have to get with a notary(and i dont mean for signing documents, i mean you have to have "relations" with a notary) Only then, can you be considered an Amateur Suck.
