    Optimal(?) Jhoira (No-Eldrazi, No-MLD)

The new printing in the duel deck got me thinking, surely Obliterate + Ulamog is not an optimal wincon for the 2 mana suspend ability:
    - MLD spell on its own doesn't really do anything (just resets the board leaving everyone with nothing)
    - Annihilator 3-4 is sometimes good at killing one player but then there are other players to deal with and if they have a bunch of permanents it might not even be enough to stop that player untapping and killing you.
    - Needing fatty + MLD both off suspend is very slow and requires 2 cards out of your hand and the mana for 2 suspend activations

Instead we can focus on the big spells that actually combo off when you play them:
    - Enter the Infinite
    - Omniscience

Once you draw your deck with enter the infinite you can cast SNT into Omniscience and then take infinite turns with Beacon of Tomorrows (or labman win?). If you cast Omniscience with no Enter the Infinite then you can try to chain cantrips and timewarps until you find it. By not playing Armageddons and annihilator cards you have more slots for cantrips and counterspells.

Rough brainstorming of the unique Jhoira cards

    -- Artifacts --
    Strionic Resonator (Accelerates suspended cards)

    -- Creatures --
Aeon Chronicler (Significantly upgraded when Jhoira gives it suspend 4 for 2 mana)
Arcanis the Omnipotent (Much stronger in this deck because it gets haste when it comes in off suspend. There aren't very many other good expensive creatures with tap abilities in UR, Djinn of Infinite Deceits isn't great here because you probably don't have many free things to swap, Mercurial Chemister or Niv Mizzet might be ok. Dragon Mage is another reasonable idea but I'm not sure if this strategy wants to play wheels)
Jhoira's Timebug (Accelerate suspend or put counters on Aeon Chronicler)
    Rift Elemental
Detritivore? Don't know how good this is in multiplayer but suspend 4 for 2 mana on this card seems pretty stupid.
Probably some number of random beefy creatures are warranted but not sure which ones are best (Blightsteel, Eldrazi, I've seen some lists play Sphinx Ambassador, etc)
Lab Man? Not 100% sure this is needed

    -- Spells --
Bunch of timewarps (Savor the Moment is pretty clutch and Final Fortune might also be, not 100% sure if the downside can be avoided consistently enough. Day's undoing?)
    Mystical Tutor
    Personal Tutor
    Merchant Scroll
    Cantrips
Training Grounds (Spamming activations isn't that useful but this also functions as ramp, on 4 mana you can play Jhoira with an activation up, playing around removal . If this is good enough then maybe e.g. SSG is as well? Not sure)
Suspend Accelerators (Fury Charm, Timecrafting, Clockspinning)
Fork-effects might be a good way to double up on suspended Timewarps, and to counter other people's counterspells
    Paradox Haze
    SNT/Omni/Enter
    Dream Halls?
Any big wombo permanents like Eye of the Storm, Cast through Time? Not sure

The rest of the list is probably just UR staple draw/counterspell cards.

Let me know if you have any suggestions on things that you have seen working well in Jhoira decks, or things that are commonly played that don't seem very good.
