    Aisha of Sparks and Smoke

    Aisha of Sparks and Smoke

Aisha still seems to hide under the radar but this card is just waiting to be abused.
She just needs to deal damage ( NOT necessarily to your opponent ) to trigger her ability.
Casting without paying for it means she can just cast any power 4cc sorcery of any color for starters.

Add Burning Wish and Brute force ( = Aisha has 8 power ) and the possibilities become insane.

    Peer into the Abyss
    Necrotic Hex
    Sorin's Vengeance
to name just a few ....

And it looks like you can even cast a sorcery on your opponent's turn while dealing blocking damage.

And blue has a reusable Wish Fae of Wishes

Assault Strobe has many uses here. You can cast precombat to get 5/x double strike with 2 triggers. With 2 triggers you can Burning Wish -> 6cmc spell in Wishboard. Something like Waves of Aggression becomes a 1-shot kill.

Or you can pay R to give the unblocked creature first strike, deal 4 first strike, freecast Assault Strobe on the trigger, deal another 5 regular damage, then get another freecast. This line might be better because you don't have to commit Assault Strobe until after Assign Blockers.

Building a deck around Aisha seems challenging because there are so many great Sorceries to sort out.
Sorceries have arguably the strongest effects in the game to compensate for the fact that they are one-shot effects at slow speed.
If you can somehow cast these high cost sorceries for free you should have a powerful deck.

Blue is an obvious color to add but black is also tempting because of its great hand destruction spells.

Other cards to consider for the base-60
    Anger of the Gods
    Browbeat
    Overmaster

    In blue
    Lorien Revealed
    Drawn from Dreams

Lorien Revealed is the most practical to play. You could run 4x and get free Draw 3s. Treasure Cruise effects are what makes the aggressive UR decks viable. Otherwise you can get free Ponders, etc.

UR Prowess (a more proactive variant of UR Delver with Monastery Swiftspear & Chain Lightning/Fireblast) is normally very low to the ground. It doesn't want to run expensive spells, or even 3-mana creatures. Dreadhorde Arcanist was its idea of top end. Lorien Revealed is easy to slot into any UR deck though.

If you do go the Assault Strobe aggro route, Kiln Fiend is another good creature to run.

Not sure about any cards yet except for Aisha and Burning Wish and a wishboard with a number of high cost powerful sorceries.
It will be fun designing something for her though.
Any help or suggestions are welcome.
