Tamiyo and Oculus have proven themselves over time.

The deck now has plenty of proactive CA at low mana without needing to rely on comboing with 4 Uro/Nulldrifter (slow) or missing Standstill (design-limiting).

Thrull looks good again, with Reanimator finally banned out of dominance, and more fair decks running ETB effects.
