    Historic Goblins

Lately the most fun I'm having on Arena is spamming out Goblins with Skirk Prospector, Goblin Warchief and Krenko, Mob Boss. I'm interested to see if anyone has come up with a more effective list than myself...

I'm mostly focused on BO1, but I'm also interested in BO3 lists. I'll edit with my current 60 when I get home.

    Re: Historic Goblins

    Here's my current list...

    4 Skirk Prospector
    4 Foundry Street Denizen
    4 Battle Cry Goblin
    2 Munitions Expert
    3 Goblin Instigator
    4 Gempalm Incinerator
    4 Goblin Warchief
    4 Krenko, Mob Boss
    4 Goblin Ringleader
    2 Sling-Gang Lieutenant
    1 Muxus, Goblin Grandee

    Lands
    6 Snow-Covered Mountain
    3 Den of the Bugbear
    4 Shatterskull Smashing
    4 Blightstep Pathway
    4 Blood Crypt
    1 Dragonskull Summit
    1 Temple of Malice
    1 Phyrexian Tower

The mana base needs work, but not a lot. The economy is shit, so I'm triaging my wildcards to slowly improve it.

The goal is to have a big turn where you chain Krenko activations together and overwhelm any defenses. Ringleader and Den give you an edge against control. Matrons and Chieftains made the deck too fat in the middle and were often the cause of awkward and clunky opening hands.

What's everyone think? How can this be improved but not turn into Turbo-Muxus?

Speaking of Turbo-Muxus... Here's my current list for that too:

    4 Skirk Prospector
    4 Wily Goblin
    3 Conspicuous Snoop
    2 Gempalm Incinerator
    4 Goblin Warchief
    4 Goblin Chieftain
    4 Goblin Matron
    4 Krenko, Mob Boss
    1 Goblin Trashmaster
    4 Muxus, Goblin Grandee
    2 Irencrag Feat

    Lands
    16 Snow-Covered Mountain
    3 Castle Embereth
    1 Phyrexian Tower
    4 Shatterskull Smashing

Thanks! I'm 9 rare and 1 mythic away from trying this out. Looking forward to trying it though!

I made it to ranked Mythic with 2 days left in the season! Most of my climb up the ladder was with goblins BO1. Here's the current list:

    Deck
    4 Skirk Prospector
    4 Foundry Street Denizen
    3 Munitions Expert
    4 Battle Cry Goblin
    3 Goblin Instigator
    3 Gempalm Incinerator
    4 Goblin Warchief
    4 Krenko, Mob Boss
    4 Goblin Ringleader
    3 Sling-Gang Lieutenant

    Sorcery
    3 Shatterskull Smashing

    Lands
    6 Snow-Covered Mountain
    3 Den of the Bugbear
    4 Blightstep Pathway
    4 Blood Crypt
    2 Dragonskull Summit
    2 Haunted Ridge

Occasionally I'll run into a tricky situation, but so far the solution has always been more goblins!

Congrats! How many hours of play did it involve?

Many... Does the game keep track?
I easily play an hour a day, and that is probably a low estimate. Got into the 600s twice over the last two days.

Also got to try the combo list. I definitely need more practice with it, missed a lot of lines. And I'm not great at executing a repeatable infinite loop with efficiency.

Don't think so. At least never saw anything, I guess it will do in the background, since they have all sorts of engagement stats, but nothing visible I could see.
