    Would any deck want this?
I can't tell if it's good enough to be viable or not.

Two mana for a 5/5 lifelinker sounds pretty good, although you can't cast it before T3 in most cases. Question is how much library manipulation do you want to run alongside it to make the Miracle casting consistent?

Kinda reminds me of Stoneforge Mystic.

So yeah i could see this in a Cawblade style deck.

But it doesnt really add anything new...

Another aspect of that might be to pile on miracles. It seems like Triumph of Saint Catherine, Sister Repentia (also from the 40k set) and Temporal Mastery could all fit together in the same deck.

    Sister Repentia 3WB
    Creature — Human Warrior

Martyrdom — When Sister Repentia dies, you gain 2 life and draw two cards.

    Miracle WB
    5/1

It’s possible some sort of Esperblade shell could make it work. You have Witches Cottage as a very easy way to enable miracles after you get the first one.

    Isn't Volrath's Stronghold just better?
The Triumph at least recycles itself unless sworded.

At least both are Human but you probably have to go with the BS shell over Thalia/Chalice which sucks.
Probably something to cycle the miracle cards in your hands would be nice.

Volrath is better. But having every marsh flats and bloodstained mire be a volrath stronghold is very strong.

Dark Rit -> Doomsday -> put 4 of these 5/5 lifelinks in your pile. You even get back all the life Doomsday cost you. It's an upgrade to putting 4 Shadow in the pile that all lose to the same 1x Plow.

No. Volrath's Stronghold does have the advantages of reliably coming into play untapped and being repeatable, but Witch's Cottage is a swamp so it produces B, is fetchable and has an effective cost of 0-1 mana instead of 3 to put the creature on top.
