Weird horizontal lines on foil TNN from Timespiral Remastered

Hi all,

I've received three foil TNNs from Time Spiral Remastered today and two of them have these weird horizontal lines. I tried to capture them in a video:

Does anybody know what these lines are?

Edit: Seems this is a common manufacturing problem. I've reached out to the seller and returned these two.
