Ok, so I haven't been playing for awhile, but I came across the new Boseiju, Who Endures card and, like everyone else, thought to myself: holy shit, this might finally be the card that makes Astral Slide/Drift playable in Legacy again! So I started sketching out some deck ideas, and came across two other cards with the "Channel" effect on them, and realized we had some much more degenerative shit on hand thanks to Shigeki, Jukai Visionary, and Colossal Sky Turtle. Now, what's so special about those two cards? Well, first of all, they're creatures, and second, they return cards from your graveyard to your hand without casting a spell, and they don't exile themselves, or the spell, when used!!!!! And what's that relevant with? Oh yeah, Orim's Chant.
So, we need White for Chant effects, Green for the recursion effects, and Blue for Teferi, Time Raveler to make this a hard lock against everyone. The easiest ways to recur critters repeatedly to your hand are in black with stuff like Oversold Cemetery and Volrath's Stronghold, but 4 colors is a lot, and there are already options in WUG colors. Here's a quick list:
Evolution Charm
Crystal Dragon
Find//Finality
Genesis
Remember the Fallen
Reviving Melody
None of these except Genesis are an engine though, and that's where Colossal Sky Turtle comes in, because it's not just a creature, it's an Enchantment Creature. Which means that Hall of Heliod's Generosity works like Volrath's Stronghold on it. So now we've got a recursion engine for our Chant's that doesn't require casting any spells. Let's flesh out the rest of the deck:
Creatures - 5
2x Shigeki, Jukai Visionary
3x Colossal Sky Turtle
Spells - 29
4x Orim's Chant
1x Silence
4x Swords to Plowshares
2x Life from the Loam
2x Joint Exploration
4x Brainstorm
4x Ponder
4x Force of Will
2x Dovin's Veto
Planeswalkers - 4
4x Teferi, Time Raveler
Enchantments - 1
1x Shark Typhoon
Lands - 23
3x Boseiju, Who Endures
1x Hall of Heliod's Generosity
3x Misty Rainforest
2x Flooded Strand
1x Windswept Heath
2x Island
1x Plains
1x Forest
1x Spara's Headquarters
2x Tropical Forest
2x Tundra
1x Savannah
1x Nantuko Monastery
1x Field of the Dead
Sideboard
15x hosers, eh?
It's basically a draw-go deck, the only cards you ever cast on your own turn are the Teferi's and Loams. The creatures all Channel (which occurs at instant speed and is uncounterable outside of Stifle effects). The basic lock is Teferi+Chant and then you use Sky Turtle, Hall, and Shigeki to all recur each other and chants. Could also change up the manabase a little bit to run an Emeria, the Sky Ruin to resurrect your Turtle's instead of using Monastery and Field to generate threat. The Shark Typhoon may be unnecessary. Probably need a better way to deal with resolved planeswalkers. The Hall is also unecessary, since you can use Shigeki to multiples of anything back except himself and the legendary lands, while the Turtle's can grab Shigeki (or a chant or whatever)
A new card you should break here is Currency Converter. It works very well with cycling and Channel, whether you're on the Slide or Skyturtle plan.
Hall of Heliod's Generosity is a much smoother recursion engine than the black ones or Genesis. It takes a long time but in the late game it forms an inevitable loop with Colossal Skyturtle or Shark Typhoon.
Once you're on that tech, if you have space in the manabase, you may want 2 copies of Urza's Saga. It puts Currency Converter onto the battlefield without casting spells, finds 1-of Expedition Map (tutor for Hall). Hall can also recycle Urza's Saga for token beatdown, though Shark Typhoon and Skyturtle are better targets if you have the mana. You may decide Saga is win-more and the mana is too tight. Least sure about this one.
Discussion around similar tech came up recently in the Landstill thread. We discussed some UWg options with Boseiju, Colossal Skyturtle, Hall of Heliod's Generosity, and maybe Life from the Loam. It's pretty close to what you have here, except with Standstill control in place of the Orim's Chant loop stuff. Just replaying Standstill a bunch of times instead of Chant (soft lock vs hard lock). There may be some ideas you like there.

Instead of making you dig through the whole Standstill thread, I've summarized with 2 rough lists and some relevant ideas from the discussion. See if there are any ideas you find applicable to your deck. There's a lot of overlap.

There was an 80-card Yorion version of this on MTGO with more MD Loams and Uros and Endurance, but it seemed too scattered. Yorion and Uro encourage sorcery speed value plays, not draw-go. I streamlined it to 60 cards and it tested well against a lot of tier 1 decks (UR Delver, UWR Hull Day, Reanimator, Depths).
Another version was less heavy in green and the "land" tech
UWg Standstill

1 Ethersworn Canonist
1 Pithing Needle
1 Soul-Guide Lantern
1 Engineered Explosives
1 Dovin's Veto
1 Veil of Summer
1 Hydroblast
2 Surgical Extraction
Some takeaways:
-Prismatic Ending is important in this meta
-Timeless Dragon is mana-fixing, finisher, and card advantage for draw-go control
-Currency Converter is busted with cards like Boseiju, Timeless Dragon, Shark Typhoon, Skyturtle...
-Endurance is a strong SB card if you have the green count to support it, otherwise play the usual hate
-Supreme Verdict is important in control, but unsure how kicked Chant affects that count. 1 might be enough.
The channel creatures are late-game inevitability, but slow and clunky early. You will eventually draw them and set up the lock, but before you have the mana for that you don't want to get stuck with them instead of cards that will help you stay alive. Play as few copies as possible to make the deck still functional. In your case maybe 2 Skyturtle + 1 Shigeki.
The SB hate works well with a tutor toolbox, so you can diversify answers and not see redundant draws. You could consider Living Wish or Enlightened Tutor. Both can find your enchantment-creatures!
If you plan on playing this soon, you probably want Dress Down or a similar effect (Hushbringer, Torpor Orb) in the SB to hate on current popular strategies.
