    Thoughts about this one?

The ping doesn't seem worth the one extra mana and the backside doesn't matter.

Paying 3 mana for a transformer that doesn't pass the bolt or push test doesn't seem worth it at all.

Is that really much better than Rule of Law which AFAIK sees very little play?

Yes, I think so. The body makes a difference. While the body makes the effect easier to remove, having a 3/3 in play matters. Also, the second line of text can matter in initiative fights and vs. haste.

Now, I don't know if this is good enough to see play in a pretty crowded 3cmc slot for white (Anointed Peacekeeper, Elite Spellbinder, and Archon of Emeria).

I have no idea how viable it is but the effect could also be incredibly lopsided if there are enough cards with the Phyrexian type on them? I assume the tribal spells are all trash but even just being able to outpace the opponent with creatures while keeping them under Rule of Law during opponent's turn sounds interesting

Oh, I brainfarted and didn't see that it was a creature. That does make a big difference.

Vulnerable and way too narrow due to depending on a PW, but the sheer amount of power this thing can generate is certainly something. Combine it with Samut, Tyrant Smasher and you have a nice junk brew.

The Liliana one from the cycle is actually pretty nifty, especially when there's a high loyalty Walker involved

Pretty sure the ability is -8, which leaves the less than stellar passive.

The problem with that is that the trigger resolves before the tokens are created.

They don't have haste and the ability ends at turn so they can't use it anyways

That passive was the whole reason I'd play it.
I said a high loyalty Walker because of you can get two attackers to commit....
