What decks other than Storm play Chain of Vapor? Storm sometimes uses Chain of Vapor on themselves.

I think Void Snare only sees play as a Burning Wish target, otherwise that slot would be Chain or a 2cmc (Brazen, Echoing Truth) to beat Chalice @ 1.

Storm also tends to see postboard Chalice @ 0 more than Chalice @ 1, so Chain gets through Chalice. Most decks prefer a 2cmc, so they may not want the new card.

Storm sometimes has permanents it doesn't want bounced, but removing a hate piece is usually worth it (+ they lose a land + you can bounce a threat). The mode as a storm engine's useful.

I guess with flash you could make a copy in response to StP at least, but any 1 mana protection spell achieves the same thing.

2 mana instant and the 3 cards should be not too big of a hurdle to kill everything besides a 20/20 including PWs.
