Fantastic dredge deck! Kor foils where available, nice! I like the EDH deck too, especially the foil alters! Love the Plains altered geometrically!
For true retro decks, you'll need to find the old Ultra Pro sleeves that had the hologram overtop of the power/toughness.

So I'm trying to hunt down a playset of Chinese Might of Old Krosa and 2 Chinese Pendelhavens, not easy cards to find apparently. Anyone have any good ideas of where to look? Been trying ebay and mtgmintcard.com to no avail.

There's an ebay store by the name of goods-seller who usually has this kind of stuff. Did you check there? They're also good about having both non-foil and foil foreign stuff--which is cool, most places don't want to fuck around with non-foil. They also are a really good shop.
Ditto Boulder Magic, although their stock of foreign stuff is at least half German. Again, good people, good prices, free shipping; worth a shot.
