For competetive purposes, Survival of the Fittest.

For sentimental reasons: Mist Dragon, Ghost Ship, Dromar's Charm, Ertai, Flood, Force of Nature, Time Spiral, Dakkon Blackblade, Pride of the Clouds (Cat Elemental! FLYING KITTENS!!)
SummenSaugen: well, I use Chaos Orb, Animate Artifact, and Dance of Many to make the table we're playing on my chaos orb token
SummenSaugen: then I flip it over and crush my opponent

Mind's Desire for the feeling it gives when you cast it, after that probably Burning Wish because cards that give you many options are cool, and that is probably the card I played most with that gives you a wide choice.
I also like Plunge into Darkness a lot, for being one of the most challenging cards I play/know. It just feels so good to cast Plunge, think, come up with a number and see it's exactly enough.

As the inventor of Pitch World, I would have to say Dream Halls, that card is so fun to play in Cube and I wish I could play it in eternal...plus really cool flavor text "Within without."

Infernal Spawn of Evil and Infernal Spawn of Infernal Spawn of Evil.
    I just love the art.

For competative stuff I really like Nimble Mongoose and Counterbalance. Both make you feel as though you just cheated. Nimble Mongoose because it's that hard to remove and Counterbalance because, well, you just have cheated and won the game.

    Burnout.

That's probably my favorite card in Mental Magic, second only, perhaps, to the Turn one Birds, Turn two Solfatara, Return Squee, Turn Three Turf Wound. This is probably the most savage combo, ever. (In Mental Magic)

Another good one was when Nightmare was playing Teeniebopper in Mental Magic at our local shop. Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual, Healing Salve, Healing Leaves, Desire. Flip FTK, pop him on Teeniebopper's blocker, sacrifice him to Cabal Therapy to get Anger in his yard, play Taiga (just a basic plains, I think), Dreadnought, Stife, swing FTW.
The E.P.I.C. Syndicate: I mean, if they play a lullaby for babies they should at least play the Monster Mash when somebody dies.

    Re: Favorite Card

Well, while my sig says a lot about my second favourite card ever along with Negator and Duress, but my all time favorite is awesomeness named Karevec's Spite. My old 1.5 Sui beat countless faces with that card. I also have record of never getting my Spite countered in sanctioned/practice/casual game.

Gogo Spite. Blowing my board and hand at your face.

My newbie favorite was Hidden Horror.

First turn Rit + Horror, discarding Negator or Skittering Horror, Next turn unearth lol. Or Feast of Unicorn it, making it 8/4. Fun times.

The card that I have most fun with is probably Capsize. I almost got punched in the face by liking that card too much. I remeber when my Limited Resources/Capsize Deck, and the face of my first victim.

another fun card that I like is Harrow and Crop rotation, since playing around with lands at instant speed is just too fun.
    She said, "You're broken."
"So is your face." replied the Tarmogoyf.

I would have to say it is a three way tie for me between: Force of Will, Accumulated Knowledge and Isochron Scepter. I love all 3.

Meddling Mage, Cabal Therapy, and Pithing Needle. And any other future playable staple that says "Name a card" on it.

This actually raises an interesting point. Are there really many cards that say 'name a card' that didn't see play?

edit - Gatherer search reveals 20 cards with 'name a card' and 7 with 'name a nonland card'. Few of them are playable.

Stifle. There are so many things that card can do, and no one plays around it. Stifling CIP triggers, Stifling leaves player triggers, upkeep triggers, the uses are limitless.

Also, I agree with everything Tacosnape just said. I love cards like that, where you have to make a decision based on incomplete information. Fact or Fiction can fit in this category too.

Also also, Phyrexian Negator has the best flavor text.

It's good, but have you read the flavor text on Reparations? It's gold.

For art, Justice and Dakkon Blackblade are friggin awesome.

As for actual cards, I will never forget actually playing with Contract from Below. As for non-brokens, I loved drafting inInvasion block and grabbing 3 charging trolls (trolls, armadillo cloaks, traveler's cloak, dueling grounds, treva) and wrecking face.
