His list is kind of all over the place, I've been running Dryad Arbor instead of the combo package for awhile and liking it tho'. Reverent Silence is still too inconsistent IMO.

The combo + Hogaak seems fine to me. Maybe it's my play style, but the Dryads often feel like dead cards. There are always enough black creatures to tap.
