Street Wraith and Baubles could work with PotF. I am not sure how much its worth ensuring that the forge gets back to your hand as 3 mana is expensive. Still, I think a build with Wraith, maybe fetches, and Flame Rift would get the job done. It seems risky, but at least its a fun experiment.

Edit: I have been thinking this over, and I this could be a pretty sweet idea. The only thing that really annoys me is that is a Flame Rift is a sorcery....

In this list I think you will be getting Pulse back to your hand quite often. However, it is a lotta damage self-inflicted damage. Most of these cards are good anyway, so Pulse is just capitalizing off the synergy.
