Extirpate - how to fight with it?

Hallo,

I am playing the 42 Lands deck and I have problems with Extirpate, that comes after SB.

In this deck I have against that mainly Chalice of the Void for 1. But what I want to ask is how do you fight with Extirpate generally...

I don´t mean cards like Duress, Thoughtseize or Cabal Therapy.

Here are my sugestions:

1. Chalice of the Void - set at 1

2. Counterbalance + Top combo - countered when top card has CC 1.

3. Pull from Eternity - you return the removed card in GY (Mainly in Land deck for Life from the Loam)

4. Ground Seal - cards in GY can´t be target of spells or abilities.

5. Burning Wish - mainly in the 42 Land Deck - Get back LftL

6. WHAT NEXT???
