DC,
Mindcensor is good combo hate in Vintage and Extended, but in Legacy? Besides Fetchlands, how many search effects do most combo decks run? The only tutors I can think of that get played are Doomsday, Infernal Tutor, Grim Tutor, and Merchant Scroll. Most legacy decks run lots of draw 4s like Meditate and Pacts, or cantrips like Brainstorm, Top, Ponder, and sometimes Impulse.
Tsunami/Choke/Boil are better at disrupting most combo than Mindcensor.
Chalice and 3sphere are already in the deck and do a pretty good job of arguing against a chant/abeyance/discard setup.
The main advantages of Macabre are that since its free, it works amazingly well with Wish, and as far as dealing with combo, there isn't a better solution to IGG outside of turn 0 leyline. Macabre does an even better job of stopping IGG than FOW. Macabre also comboes with Stronghold and can beat face in a severe pinch. Finally, Macabre can disrupt opponents on their turn 1 even if you're on the draw.
Edge of Autumn used to be in the deck. It got cut for better cards and because it was redundant. Depending on what SoA reveals as far as new cyclers are concerned, that may change. I agree that Dragon > Tombstalker. Dragon and Gigapede vary in usefulness from match to match, but I think with this build Dragon is superior. Gigapede is an experimental anti-control slot that may turn into dragon. Or may not if DoJ gets cut from the maindeck.
E.E. is bad in this deck because of the 8 0cc artifacts it runs. Decay (currently not in the build) costs 1B instead of 2, but is a suprise and doesn't wipe your own board as part of it's resolution.
Rush,
Hyppie is too slow considering the earliest he can hit off of wish is t2 (t3 much, much more likely) and he is completely unsupported by other discard.
