We can still run our own MMS. As much as it helps them counter our Tops, MMS can help us counter their vials or protect our tops.

Or you could use them to counter Vials and real threats instead of protecting your Tops. Then follow up with a Standstill. Trust me, it is a lot better than trying to make Counterbalance work.
