Elves is my pet deck though I primarily play Nic Fit (as such, I'm a big fan of Therapy). Sometimes you just need to be gauranteed to hit and sometimes you need to be able to rape their hand.
Also, if you take a single LED with thoughtseize, I don't think your opponent can win by playing swamp + petal -> tutor, and crack LED in response. Like HoneyT (congrats on the finish btw!), I'm not advocating one over the other but just pointing out what I believe to be true. I personally also really like cabal therapy and thus run 4-0 split. However, I can see why others would prefer using thoughtseize instead. I'll usually name what card I fear in the given situation (i.e. LED/tutor vs. storm, FoW/reanimate vs. reanimator, etc.) and flashback to hit any remaining cards that would limit the opponent's line of play, not necessarily the card that appears most in his hand.
