About 15% of uninsured packages (<20€) did not arrive last year via MKM. Suspicious

Then I'm one lucky boy. I did not receive two orders from over seventy and one of them was fully compensated. Otoh, I can't tell how many of them were uninsured, but as I don't buy any expensive items too often (I don't need anything special), most of them must have been untracked, yet they still did reach me.
I guess that some of the national post services are simply bad. I'd say Italian post sucks.
