How that Karakas has been spoiled as a reprint, I'm ready to pull the trigger to build my Eldrazi deck in Paper as well.

But I currently own zero Paper cards. What's the best way to acquire cards at a reasonable price (as a European) when time is not an issue? (I can't make it to GP Prague anyway. )
