Yeah, that's true for sure, things I had in mind choosing this card from sideboard were: Vial first, Needle on Stage second. After Game 1 I was sure he would counter Cropp or Gamble anyway and I could Grip my own Chalice anytime (what I did in the end, so I could play Gamble... that was countered immediately :) ), but I'd rather play differently next time. All in all, I feel I should win this one, but I was facing a player who plays merfolks since they emerged as competitive deck, so I can try to excuse myself to myself![]()
