Slow Players

What can we do to stop players slow playing? It's adolescent and is ruining the game! I believe that all NEW players have to play the bot system until they properly know how to play the game of magic. The integrity of the game is falling off.
Please people, play the game the way its suppoed to be played.. Make a move..Also, alot of players just quit in the middle of the game.. Have a little faith in your deck. YOU MADE IT! This is pathetic to the MTG universe. Do better!!
