City of traitors and another land are in play. Can I then play Lotus field using the city and other land as the cost, or will city fizzle before lotus can enter?
Both trigger at the same time and since you control both triggers, you can chose the order in which they go on the stack.
If you stack the Lotus Field above the City, you can sac it to the field before it sacs itself.
